Video Games 2 the MAX: Left Alive Revealed, Tokyo Game Show, Divinity Original Sin 2

Left Alive

This show was actually recorded on 9/23/17, but there were audio issues some that were able to be fixed, and some that weren’t. So, we apologize for this coming out so late. Also be aware that around the 1 hour and 28 minute mark, the audio cuts out for about one minute and resumes at the 1:29:30 mark.

On this episode of Video Games 2 the MAX, Sean Garmer and Marc Morrison begin, as usual with the games they’ve been playing. This takes up the first 35 minutes or so the episode.

Marc talks Divinity Original Sin 2, Escapists 2, Windjammers, and more. Sean gives his thoughts on Final Fantasy IX on PS4, Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash, Warriors All-Stars, Mario + Rabbids.

After that, is the news. The guys get into the big Square-Enix announcement of sort of a new Front Mission game called Left Alive. They also talk about other announcements from the Sony TGS Presser. The duo also discuss some important things from the most recent Nintendo Directs, like a release date for Xenoblade 2 and more on Super Mario Odyssey. Doom and Wolfenstein 2 coming to Switch. What vitural console could wind up being on Switch. The Players Unknown Battlegrounds legal threat, cross-platform play being enabled “accidentally” and more.

Finally, they end the show by talking about games the next week.

Sean Garmer

Sean Garmer has a long history with Video Games. He started his love of games watching his brother play Super Mario Bros. on the Nintendo Entertainment System. His first system was the Super Nintendo and he literally spent days at a time playing Super Mario World. He later fell in love with Pokemon for the Gameboy and thus his Japanese RPG fandom was born. Sean has channeled that love of games into reviewing them. Not only that, he also analyzes the games industry for 411mania, organizes a Top 5 column there, and also reviews games here at W2Mnet.com as well. Sean pretty much plays any kind of game nowadays, but he still prefers his love the JRPG.

Marc Morrison

Marc Morrison brings years of experience writing about games and of course playing them. He currently writes a Top 8 column every week at 411mania and also reviews games as well. Marc plays different kinds of games and he takes analyzing games to heart. Marc is also a big fan of the classics and collecting games. He’s constantly looking for deals whether it is at the local flea market, on Steam, or another digital network. Marc also brings a practical look at the Entertainment realm and is happy to spend time talking Doctor Who or another TV show.
