Chris Owen and Neil Blackwood present their Spoonful of Sugar/Scream 6 Movie Review!

Chris is back from Europe and the guys are back at it. First, after the intro, they drop some acid talk the Shudder original Spoonful of Sugar. Then, after a lengthy news segment, they don their ghostface masks and charge up their voice changer and talk the newest Scream movie, Scream VI. It is sooo good to be back, movies that don’t suckers.

Spoonful of Sugar is a 2022 horror thriller that was directed by Mercedes Bryce Morgan, based on a script written by Leah Saint Marie. The film centers on a college student who takes on a job caring for a sickly child, only for things to go horribly wrong when she offers him some of her own medication.

Scream VI is a 2023 American slasher film directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, and written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. It is the sequel to Scream (2022) and the sixth installment in the Scream film series. The film stars Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Jenna Ortega, Hayden Panettiere, and Courteney Cox, all reprising their roles from previous installments, alongside Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving. Scream VI follows a new Ghostface killer who targets the survivors of the “Woodsboro legacy attacks” in New York City.
